Is Whistle & Pop jewellery suitable for everyday wear?
Yes, Whistle & Pop jewelry is crafted with durability in mind, making it perfect for everyday wear. However, we recommend removing your jewelry before engaging in strenuous activities or coming into contact with harsh chemicals to preserve its quality and shine. Some of our products are rhodium-plated and some are not. For example, we use rhodium plate for our dog whistle pendants, as they do come into contact with your mouth, and require that extra layer of protection.
In addition, all Whistle & Pop jewelry is waterproof and tarnish-resistant! We do this, by employing a process called Ion Plating (IP). This is a Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) process where the jewelry is plated with at least 0.1 micron of 18K Gold or Silver, plus e-coating, which qualifies it to pass waterproof tests.

Is Whistle & Pop jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes, all our jewellery is hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin. We use high quality materials that are lead- and nickel-free to ensure the utmost comfort and safety for our customers.
All our jewellery is considered waterproof and tarnish-resistant! We use IP Plating which stands for Ion plating. This is a Physical vapor deposition (PVD) process and the jewellery is plated with at least 0.1 micron of 18K Gold or Silver, plus e-coating which qualifies it to pass waterproof tests.
Compared to traditional techniques, ion plating is very durable. Studies and experimentation have shown that this method can be up to eight times more durable and effective. Ion Plating, also known as IP Plating, consists of a thinner layer of coating, making it a great lightweight option for jewellery but also a sturdy option for daily wear. IP Plating is also an excellent option for costume jewellery because it is hypoallergenic, which makes it an ideal choice for anyone who has sensitive skin.
How do I determine my ring size?
We provide a ring size guide here on our website to help you find the perfect fit. You can also visit a local jeweller to get your ring size measured professionally. Whistle & Pop is also happy to provide ring sizes that we can send direct to you, all you have to do is pay for shipping! If you still have questions, feel free to reach out to us!
What is your Returns Policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all jewellery purchased from Whistle & Pop. Please make sure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. For more information, please refer to our Returns page.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but once the order has been shipped, we won't be able to cancel or modify it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also accept Afterpay and Laybuy. You can choose the most convenient option during checkout.
Can I track my Whistle & Pop order?
Absolutely! Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, we'll provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status and location of your package.
What should I do if my order is lost, stolen or damaged?
Oh no! If your order shows up damaged or somehow ends up lost or stolen, please contact us right away and we’ll do our best to rectify the situation.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Whether you're in Australia, the United States, or anywhere else, we'll deliver your jewellery straight to your doorstep. Please note that international shipping may incur additional fees and longer delivery times.
Can I request a customised piece of jewellery?
Yes we offer corporate and custom orders for a selection of our jewellery pieces and accessories. Visit our Corporate and Custom Order page for more information. Please note that custom orders must be sent away to be completed and can take up to a week longer for processing and delivery.
Do you sell gift vouchers?

I’ve placed a pre-order, now what?
Exciting! Whistle & Pop is committed to preserving the integrity and individuality of our collections by engaging in small batch manufacturing. Pre-order campaigns help us to accurately estimate initial demand for a collection, plan inventory accordingly and reduce overproduction and excess stock.
Generally, a pre-order will take up to 3 weeks from order to delivery. We always do our best to keep our pre-order customers informed at every step of the way, so remember to keep an eye on your inbox for delivery updates!
Do you have any physical locations?
Whistle & Pop is mostly sold online here on our website. However, we do have several stockists. Find those here.
Where is Whistle & Pop made?
A portion of our jewellery is made in New Zealand, while the rest is manufactured by a small family-owned facility in Guangdong, China. Leo & Grace are our co designer and Jewellers there.
How do I become a Whistle & Pop wholesaler?
We would love to have onboard! Please enquire here and feel free to see our current stockists here. The next step is to send you our detailed linesheet and current lookbook so that you can make your W&P wholesale order. Please be aware we only do small batches of each collection, so we ask that you get your orders in fast for new collections, as they do sell out.
Which whistle is a working whistle?
We recommend you purchase the large whistle if you are using it as a working whistle. The medium is 1 cm smaller and is very hard to blow and we do not recommend you buy this size if you are wanting to work dogs with it. The mini and Little Dainties whistle are pendants only and are not working whistles. Our whistle huggies and hoops also are not working whistles.

We have the option to engrave the Large cattle tags, Large whistles, Medium whistles, Moon Mountain pendants and our Signet rings
