Warranty

All Whistle & Pop jewellery pieces come with a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase. This covers any genuine manufacturing faults or material defects.

Our pieces are delicate by nature and designed to be worn with care. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, including tarnishing, fading, chain breakage, loss of gemstones, beads and/or parts, bending, scratched surfaces, or damage caused by mishandling or everyday use.

If a fault is identified and confirmed by our team, we will happily arrange a repair or replacement where possible. 

Repairs requested outside of the 90-day warranty period may incur a fee, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for allergic reactions, so we recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchasing.
