Any exisiting customer is already enrolled, new customers can sign up on site from Create Account page.
Do my points expire?
No! You can redeem any time, they never expire.
What tier am I in?
Existing customers can log in on our website and visit the rewards page to check.
How do I claim a reward?
You can claim rewards from the Rewards menu (present icon), or the rewards page.
How do I check my points?
We can look your profile up in-store, or you can log in to our website, then check the rewards page.
Can I claim a reward today?
Yes, you can claim any eligible rewards when you shop in store or online.
I've lost my reward code! What should I do?
You can find any unused vouchers and offers under the Rewards widget. Contact our team if you need any help.
When will the points show in my account
Points for purchases will be credited to your account once the order is marked as "Paid" or "Fulfilled." If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points earned from that order will be deducted from your balance.
